Questions about the plans
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is free and never expires. You only add a card when you subscribe to a paid plan.
How does per-person billing work?
Each plan includes a number of people and charges for the ones you add, up to the plan's limit. Hobby includes 1 and goes up to 3; Pro includes 3 and goes up to 15.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time, from the app itself: move up or down a plan and change the number of people.
Does Firmado take a fee on the payments I receive?
No. Firmado's fee is 0%: you only pay Stripe's fees, and the money goes straight to your account.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Firmado lets you know and won't create beyond the limit, so there are no surprise charges. Monthly limits reset every month.
